Content Owner

STEP 1 – LOG IN

Go to Artinii.Pro and click Sign up.

STEP 2 – REGISTER

  • OPTION A – sign up with Google or Eventival account.
 
  • OPTION B – sign up with email.
    Enter your name, email, and password. Agree to the terms and click Sign up.

STEP 3 – CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL

Enter the 4-digit code sent to your inbox and click Confirm.

STEP 4 – MANAGE YOUR CONTENT

  • Test send – this new feature allows you to send a test file  as in Artinii Content Delivery without any additional fees

  • Upload Film – add your content (see HOW TO UPLOAD A FILM for details).

  • My Films – view and manage your uploaded films.

  • My Account – edit your profile, company info, and billing.

  • Reports – track stats, earnings, and reports.

STEP 1 – LOG IN
Go to your dashboard and click Upload Film.

STEP 2 – FIND OR ADD THE FILM
Search for your film title.
If not found, click “Not found? Add film manually!” and fill in the details.
Once approved, you can continue.

STEP 3 – UPLOAD THE FILM FILE
Upload your video file. Processing can take several hours depending on file size.

STEP 4 – ASSIGN AUDIO & SUBTITLES
Tag each audio and subtitle track with the correct language.

STEP 5 – REVIEW & CONFIRM
Check film details, accept terms, and click Confirm to finalize the upload.

STEP 6 – STATUS TRACKING
Go to My Films to check film status:

  • New – profile created

  • Processing – file being processed

  • In review by Artinii – the film is being verified by Artinii

  • In review by producer – the film requires your attention and final approval

  • Ready for Action – film is live and usable

STEP 7 – NEXT STEPS

The film is ready for action and you can now use all the features: 

  • Artinii Content Delivery

  • Test send – this new feature allows you to send a test file  as in Artinii Content Delivery without any additional fees

  • Film Gallery for public screenings or VOD

  • Join partner marketplace CinemaAnywhere.com

STEP 8 – MANAGE FILM DETAILS
Click on a film in My Films to edit details, audio/subtitles, and screening dates.

IMPORTANT:

  • Films sent via Artinii can only be screened using the ARTINII CINEMA PLAYER (available for PC/macOS HERE).
  • Before sending, upload your film to your Artinii.Pro account.
  • Test send – this new feature allows you to send a test file  as in Artinii Content Delivery without any additional fees

STEP 1 – LOG IN
Go to Artinii.Pro and log into your account.

STEP 2 – SELECT FILM
Under My Films, click Send Film.

STEP 3 – CHOOSE AUDIO/SUBTITLES
Pick the audio track and subtitles (if available). Click Continue.

STEP 4 – CHOOSE RECIPIENT
Enter the recipient’s email or screening place.
You can send to multiple recipients/locations.

Note: The recipient must be registered and have a Screening Place set up. If they don’t have a profile with us, then they will receive an email informing them that a film has been sent to them and instructing them to register.

STEP 5 – SET LICENCE PARAMETERS

  • Dates – default is 3 months (maximum allowed).

  • Time Zone – based on your device.

  • Number of Licenses – choose how many to issue. Every license above 3 licenses per send 

  • Apply settings to all or set them individually.

STEP 6 – REVIEW & CONFIRM
Review the details of your order and proceed.

Note: We are only providing the delivery technology. Invoicing and collection of payments from your clients is at your discretion.

STEP 7 – VERIFY YOUR BILLING INFORMATION

Review your billing information. If you agree with the pricing and terms, select the confirmation checkbox and click Use Balance to complete your order.

STEP 8 – YOU’VE SUCCESSFULLY SENT A FILM

Congratulations! You’ve successfully sent a film and paid using your account credits.

STEP 1 – DOWNLOAD THE PLAYER
Download Artinii Cinema Player for PC or macOS HERE.

STEP 2 – LOG IN
Open the app and log in using your Artinii credentials.

STEP 3 – DOWNLOAD A FILM
Click the arrow under the film poster to download. Internet connection is required 

STEP 4 – MANAGE FILMS
Click the three dots on a film to:

  • Play / Play from specific time

  • Test playback

  • Add to playlist

  • Remove from disk

  • See details / file info

STEP 5 – ADD LOCAL FILMS
Use Add local film to import your own video files.

STEP 6 – FILM DETAILS
Shows info like license validity, subtitle/audio settings, and screening location.

STEP 7 – PLAY FILMS
Drag the playback window to your external screen.
Use Expand Screen in system settings for full-screen experience.

STEP 8 – PLAYLISTS
Create and reorder playlists. Click Start playlist to begin screening.

STEP 9 – SETTINGS
Customize downloads, playback, subtitles, storage, and keyboard shortcuts.

Extras:

  • Test playback to check film performance.

  • Help and diagnostics – tools for troubleshooting, running diagnostics.

  • Request emergency license if playback fails and no licenses remain (works offline).

Screening Venue

STEP 1 – LOG IN

Go to Artinii.com and click Sign up.

STEP 2 – REGISTER

  • OPTION A – sign up with Google or Eventival account.
  • OPTION B – sign up with email.
    Enter your name, email, and password. Agree to the terms and click Sign up.

STEP 3 – CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL

Enter the 4-digit code sent to your inbox and click Confirm.

STEP 4 – COMPLETE WELCOME QUESTIONNAIRE
A short form will pop up. You can fill it out or click Skip questions.

STEP 5 – CREATE YOUR SCREENING PLACE
Enter the address, name (e.g., “MovieHeaven”), expected audience (e.g., 200), and a short description (e.g., “Prague Open Air Cinema”). Click Continue.

STEP 6 – START SCREENING
You can now receive or purchase films for your screenings.
